By accessing and using the VENTNEX website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of VENTNEX.
VENTNEX provides professional air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC maintenance services. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may vary by location. All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment before final pricing is confirmed. Quoted prices are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual scope of work required.
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. VENTNEX reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of the service date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
VENTNEX offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of the service date and we will return to address your concerns at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control.
VENTNEX carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. VENTNEX is not responsible for pre-existing damage to ductwork, HVAC systems, or property that is discovered during the service process. We will notify you immediately if any such conditions are found.
